Who we are

Value Dynamics’ founders established a culture based on their own partnership and friendship. We partner with whom we do business and maintain a shared sense of ownership across the firm. We are passionate about the work we do and enjoy the shared success of our work.

Teamwork is at the heart of how we operate. We take pride in our approach, operating proactively and collaboratively from different businesses and parts of the world to achieve the best possible results. We continually look to help one another and work together towards common goals.

Being born and raised in both Brazil and Switzerland, Nicolas feels at home in both countries. Nicolas attended college in Switzerland, and obtained a BA in International Studies from the RBS in London.

After graduating, Nicolas returned to Brazil where he became the CEO of Axial Participaciones, one of the most significant organic farming conglomerates in Brazil. Today, Nicolas is the CEO of Tilabras, which owns the largest tilapia farming license in the world.
